You guide it (and us), with your experience and your sense of humour. You're always ready to help, giving practical advice quickly, usually with so much detail that it’s a blueprint for how to handle that task or problem – something I can refer back to if I need help. In fact, that’s one of the things that make this community outstanding: your willingness to share everything you know so generously. 

From the start, I’ve felt that you want each of us to grow and succeed. You demonstrate and thereby teach us how to show up in CC and how to support each other, as generously as you support us. 

I feel safe, accepted and seen in this community. I've made real connections. I feel like I know at least all the more active members, even though we've never met. I know their professional focus and some of their personal concerns. I know what they excel at and learn with them when they ask for help. I feel I can add value by sharing what I know and helping others. 

We’re a true community of equals, with different skills and levels of experience. I never feel my ‘lack’ of skills or experience as a failure on my part, just as a 'there's an area I should explore'.
